I have been using Google Docs for a collaborative project and had some difficulties when more than one group tried to use the Docs which were all under my email address. Zoho is a free, on-line office suite with, in my opinion, a cleaner interface than googledocs and the full complement of features (spreadsheet, presentation, etc...).
