I guess they have their reasons. I know for me, blogging is essential. I find it as a release of energy. Absolutely! Blogging does everything you suggest and more. As a communications consultant, I may look at blogging a bit differently. I see it as a very efficent way of sharing information and communicating with lots of people. Its reach is virtually unlimited and it is a powerful medium that provides a rich mulitmedia experience that's easy to use. Although I'm a rather recent resident of the blogosphere, I'm hooked....
