I spent a bit of time yesterday converting some of my school images (logos, mascot, letterhead etc.) to eps using Vector Magic, an online tool http://vectormagic.stanford.edu/ Give it a try, you won't believe how accurate it is.

(PS If you get an error message during the conversion process, keep clicking Reload. You will see the progress bar increase each time. Oh, and I also downloaded Inkscape, an open source graphics program since none of my installed programs would open the file.)</description>
